  3. Outstanding video! Shows the dangers well and truly... It's scary as a parent watching it every day too. Have this been shared with local logistics companies? Might be an eye opener for the management who don't actually see what the drivers do.
This was very well done! Ka Pai

  6. Hello my name is Jesse I agree with what you said because it is dangerous and people can get ran over by the trucks and the cars we watched this video because people were not crossing the road safely maybe they could and more ways into the school. But I really like the way you thought about other people and yourself.l

  9. Hi Zoe

This is Carla from BH in T block. I love this documentary. It showed us how bad Waterloo Road was and how dangerous it is. Its not safe for us kids to go a long the road with this much traffic. I hope people in ChCh will see this and try and make changes to the road. I hope some of the parents start to change were they park and make them walk some days.

  19. kia ora zoe good job on the video my name is ashton I am a year 8 at hornby high. I think i will have to disagree with making the heavy vehicles because if e get them to turn and go down hei hei road there is a kindergarten down there so wouldn't that put the little kids and parents in danger?

This video is very helpful because the students will be aware of what happening after class and about to go home and I agree that the road is very dangerous for students who are passing across. The student should be careful in passing.

  24. Kia ora Zoe!

My name is Miss Birtch and I teach Year 7-9 here at HHS. I was inspired to watch your video after the high praise it received from Mr Sutton on Facebook. I think the quality of your group's work is superb and the message is really evident that something needs to change for the safety of our students. We watched this in my Wananga class today and the students have left you some feedback! I am pleased to be able to share such great examples of 'creative excellence' to inspire the younger students here at HHS. Well done and great effort to all those involved!

  26. Wow Zoe and others!
This is a truly effective piece of work - the message, the camera work, the interviews you have included and the sound effects. I can relate to this when we bring our children to sport and that's not even the busy times. Tino pai tō mahi. Stay strong with your kaupapa.
